Include your operating system, Odeion version, and a clear description of what you were doing when the issue occurred. More context up front means a faster reply.

In-app bug reports

For bugs and crashes, the fastest way to get a fix is to use the built-in bug report feature. It automatically attaches the relevant logs, your app version, and device details so we can reproduce the problem without a back-and-forth.

You can find it in the user dropdown menu in the top-right of the web app. Click your avatar, then choose Report a bug. The same option lives in the mobile and TV apps under settings.

Bug reports are private and only used to diagnose and fix the issue you submitted. See our privacy policy for details.
